Authentic, refined cuisine
The secret to the gourmet cuisine at our Rose & Sapori Restaurant lies in our use of seasonal ingredients selected with extreme care. Quality remains the key to our success. When blended with bursts of inspiration plus a pinch of originality and innovation, this helps us create new, surprising combinations that let our guests experience extraordinary fusions of flavours.
Our chef Riccardo Bioni
Second-generation chef and restaurateur, he has made the restaurant his home and cuisine his greatest passion. His philosophy is based on the use of excellent raw ingredients and impeccable presentation of the dishes. He skilfully combines culinary secrets, from ancient to modern, to create fusions with a unique taste.
He has enriched his wealth of experience around the world, from Russia to Switzerland, from Ukraine to Spain. His curiosity and passion for cuisine lead him to stay constantly up to date and to learn new skills and techniques: chocolaterie, molecular cuisine, and gluten free. May we introduce our beloved chef, Riccardo Bioni!
The three “A”s of Rose & Sapori
- A for Amore (or love for gastronomy)
- A for Arte (or the art of presentation)
- A for Armonia (or harmony of flavours)
Three “A”s that represent some of the most important elements of our cuisine: dishes with unique flavour combinations, in which quality ingredients are enhanced by the mastery of our chef and his team, transformed into real works of art thanks to their creativity and attention to detail.
