If necessary, we can recommend a laboratory close to the hotel which performs swab tests.
DISINFECTION AND CLEANING OF ROOMS AND SPACES
Cleanliness and good hygiene have always been at the heart of what we do, but now they are even more important.
We have already performed a CERTIFIED disinfection of all our areas: lobby, restaurant, rooms, and common areas, in accordance with WHO and national authorities’ guidelines.
Daily cleaning and sanitisation of public areas have increased: High-touch surfaces and contact points are cleaned and disinfected several times a day with BAYER’s “Hygienist” products.
Before every arrival, all rooms are disinfected with the ozone sanitation system; the ozone is a natural gas that leaves no trace or chemical residue. Its highly oxidizing power and its natural tendency to return to oxygen make it a product with high potential in many applications; it eliminates bacteria, fungus, moulds and virus in a natural way, keeping the environment completely sanitized, accessible and safe for people.
High-contact surfaces such as lift buttons, handrails, door handles, light switches, and TV remote controls are disinfected even more frequently.
To guarantee our guests excellent air conditioning quality, a specialised microbiological disinfection and patented, certified AC CLEANER cleaning have been performed; the use of 100% natural and biodegradable products with the ECOCERT certification leaves the sanitised rooms ready for immediate use.
We have already performed a sanitisation of the mattresses in all our rooms, ORC Sistema Hotel certified, which ensures sanitised and allergen-free mattresses according to the most stringent European standards.
Our pool is open as usual as the chlorine and humidity do not allow the virus to survive, meaning it cannot spread through water. The sun loungers have been positioned with a metre’s distance between them and are disinfected by our staff following each use.
TABLE SERVICE AND ROOM SERVICE
Spacious areas allow our guests to comfortably serve themselves from the buffet without overcrowding.
In the restaurant, we’ve redistributed the tables so that an appropriate distance is maintained between them, to ensure that you can always feel at ease.
You can also enjoy the specialities of our restaurant in the comfort and privacy of your room at any time thanks to our room service. This can also be requested in advance when you make your booking.
To guarantee you can arrive and check in to the hotel with ease and in total safety, we’ve introduced the option of checking in from the comfort of home in advance. Before your arrival, we will send you a welcome e-mail inviting you to check in online, along with other useful information about your stay.
To access the fitness room it is no longer necessary to have the Green Pass Covid Certificate.
