Welcome entrée and glass of bubbly

Scampi tartare with exotic fruit, smoked paprika mayonnaise and savoury finger food

Black sea bass ravioli, marinated shrimp tails, courgette cream and mullet roe

Fillet of sea bass stuffed with chanterelles on broccoli srirachle sauce and annatto oil

Three chocolate ‘Infermentum’ panettone with vanilla sauce
