Until December 4, His Majesty the White Truffle in our Restaurant
November is the long-awaited month for lovers of taste and Italian excellence! It is the time when the world's most prized mushroom - the White Truffle - arrives on the table. The most famous quality comes from the area of Alba, a small town in Piedmont. It is harvested in the autumn in the woods of the Langhe. Compared to the black truffle, it differs not only in colour, but also in delicious taste and more intense smell. The special flavour and aroma of this mushroom have led it to be the true 'diamond' of the kitchen and to be appreciated by chefs all over the world.
The Chef of our Gourmet Restaurant Rose & Sapori has created special dishes based on the finest white truffle, which you can discover until December 4th! Here are the special dishes off the menu, to be ordered individually or together, which will allow you to appreciate the inimitable flavour of the white truffle at its best:
- Poached egg on truffle puree, 36-month Parmesan cream and white truffle
- Egg noodles with malga butter and white truffle
- Fillet of Italian scottona with white truffle and potatoes
